These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ClinyPal. By creating an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
You may use ClinyPal to manage scheduling, billing, patient records, and communications for a legitimate healthcare or wellness practice. You're responsible for the accuracy of information entered and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
ClinyPal is offered on a subscription basis with a 30-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund a period already paid for, except where required by law.
You agree not to use ClinyPal to store or process data you're not authorized to hold, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
You own the data you enter into ClinyPal. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf and will export it to you in full, on request, in the formats the platform supports.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided through in-app chat during business hours and by email at other times.
Either party may terminate the agreement: you by cancelling your subscription, us for material breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination, your data remains exportable for a reasonable period before deletion.
ClinyPal is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim.
